Preowned, I would guess it has only been worn/laundered once. NO fading, holes, fraying. The drawstring that would have been in the elastic waistband is missing. There is a small (about 1/2 inch) area that is slightly lighter on the right lapel--however it is inside the fold and not visible when worn. I am not sure what it is--perhaps a beverage spill???
